are here for a short stint, people that don't go through the freshman to senior process, it hurts the health your programs culture. That's what is being said.

There's a lot more to be said on the issue. The bottom line is a restart was needed.

If you're not getting the mental image of a 'clean slate' or a flat surface left by KA as opposed to a pile of rubble left by Haith then I can't help you.
