not considered a 'Free Person'... The clause clearly and definitely defines a slave as someone not counted as a 'Free Person'

Do you think there is any ambiguity in that clause as to who is counted as 3/5 of a person? Why did the Framers take care in defining 'Free' and 'not free' in this clause?
