on a message board. This may come as a surprise to you but Constitutional law is decided by the judicial branch, not some mouth breather on TB.

THe War Powers Act was passé by congress almost 45 years ago and has never been challenged in court. It is currently the law of the land and until it is both challenged and found to be unconstitutional it will remain the law of the land and assumed to be constitutional.
