The GOP's only idea - in terms of the ACA - was tort reform and this still preposterous idea of insurance crossing state lines. There are 6-8 states already doing that. It does nothing. He reached out for nothing. I was there. I watched it happening. I watched him look for compromise - he THOUGHT that govt could all get along and the GOP spit in his face. The EOs came much later. The Nuke option on appointees HAPPENED b/c the GOP was blocking EVERYTHING. Those are the facts. Grow up.
