Your use of the word Socialists to describe Dems just makes you look stupid.

Per your question - Trump assures the Dems get some seats in 2018 and likely 2020. We will have to see how he fares. Thus far he has done very, very poorly. He is a place holder at best - assuming he is still in office in 2020. GOP policies are going to hurt a whole lot of people in the next few years - so that won't help them either. Democrats need to develop solutions and workable options in the area of programs and policies to address issues like the hollowing out of middle class and income inequality. For 20 years they have been nothing but GOP-lite in those areas.
