So, he pleases the money-liberals now and uses it as a reason why you have to "give more" in the congressional mid-terms to close the gap while fear-mongering that if the Republicans have their way, they'll just make up the rules as the go along. Essentially, that they'd be acting like the Dems did under Obama.
