And those additional costs do not account for 100% (or even a significant amount) of the year-to-year increases we see every year for 30 years.
And, to get back on topic, are you saying that because costs went up (however much) for the average person, that pre-existing conditions should NOT be covered? And those with them dont deserve HC? Are you saying the market would NOT correct for that kind of loophole?
