bind the Exclusivity, otherwise what is the point of signing one??

Please, you don't seem like you know much about Contracts!

It would also bind a Confidential &/or Non-Circumvention Clause!

I presented the difference between LOIs & the Scholarship Agreement on here about a week ago!
