Of course D3 to D1 is a step up, but it's rather comical to deride the hire simply because she coached at D3 where she was a legend.

No idea why she stayed. Maybe she loved Wash U and didn't want to move up until she had the chance to work under her former AD at Wash U? Josh Whitman does get phenomenal reviews from coaches who work for him.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
