credit Obama with is the intelligence to know once a government handout starts it can never be removed. He knew all along that ACA was a fatally flawed bill but it served its purpose of getting the Feds foot in the door of health care.

They are here now and no amount of wishing will get them out. The GOP will never go on record taking 'health care' away from 20M Americans, it does not matter that the 'health care' in question is just insurance that they cannot afford to actually use. It would be played by the left as taking something away that is right of everyone.

The best the GOP can do is cut out the most egregious parts and make it a bit more palatable to their voting block.
