I don't have a system. I am a proponent of a free market in health insurance and medical care. It is the fairest, cheapest, safest, most efficient way to organize the production, distribution, and sale of any market good. It is especially important in something like medical care, which is a matter of life and death.
Your support of inflexible bureaucracies is noted. I know, I know, Germany...
