I certainly dont know everything about it, but from what I read, people who earn less than 75k/yr will get help from the govt based on their age. A young person will get less help than an older person.
The problem is, individuals who earn less than 75k/yr makes up a significant portion of the people. Hell, 61% of HOUSEHOLDS in the US make less than $75k/yr.
There is simply no way to pay for for that many people, meaning the ones who really need it wont be able to. And how could we pay for it anyway if medicare is expanded and taxes arent raised? Discretionary spending only makes up for so much...
Still, I dont know how this benefits CEO's as you claim.
