you are making as being valid, but even if I did they simply explain why he has failed to such an absurd degree. They aren't actual answers or solutions, just justifications of why you feel he has been so terrible.

Kim can't do this job, it is never going to happen. You can keep trying to find excuses to explain why he is failing, or we can try to hire someone who can do this job and allow them to rebuild from this mess.
