won 12 games each of the prior 2 seasons. He also won 12 games his first season, then 18, then 24. Because he had the skill set to compete and build a program at that level using 'Kims way'. But no matter how much time he is afforded, it won't work at this level because he does not have the skill set to compete and build a program at this level.
