If a judge in seattle can effectively rescind, erase and nullify a presidential order and thereby set foreign policy...why cannot a circuit court judge in the town of Toiletpaper Arkansas rescind, erase and nullify obama care, foreign aid to iran, military intervention in the mideast or here's a thought, VALIDATE the EO of a president re his immigration policy from snake infested countries?
The judge is seattle set foreign immigration policy for the entire country. What if a sane judge had acted first and said the president's immigration policy was valid?
