Tell the other side what they think (invariably wrong) and then say why that is....wrong.
And if I may refer again to my classmates brilliant observation:
"We now discover that the liberal federal justices, who are now dominant around the nation after 8 years of President Obama are also the opposition party, imputing motive as to what the President really intended to do, even if he did not specifically do it, and then ruling against him based on what they said he really meant".
