Hiring Committee's aren't *that* dumb.

Look -- I recognize that people are frustrated from losing ------- ME TOO!!!!! The fact is, KA is a legit D-1 coach.

Most people don't recognize the harsh reality of what Frank Haith (AND THE ADMINISTARTION!!!) did to this program. Previous wins and losses are such a relatively small part of the equation when hiring a coach.

KA may not be the right guy - and I have my concerns about him. But, the fact of the matter is, this program was in complete shambles when he was hired -- and I ain't talking about the play on the court!!!

People really need to understand what is going on -- or they should just really shut the hell up...
