If the immigration laws do not conflict with the Constitution of the United States in any way, they carry full weight and authority. There are many laws on the books that are not specified in the Constitution of the United States. If every law had to be specified in the Constitution of the United States, there would be no reason for Federal Courts to exist and interpret the same as provided for in the Constitution of the United States!
