waivers - here are other categories that "may" qualify for an exception:
1) Transfer Adjustment - guidance suggests leeway if close to 2.6 threshhold
2) Professional Adjustment - counted as 1/1 instead of
1/2
3) Church Mission - likely a carve-out for BYU
4) Armed Services
5) Pregnancy - does it count for father's too? or just for women's sports? Liberals in academia surely understand that males can be impacted by parenthood as well, don't they?
6) Death/Permanently Disabled
