while we are in danger from terrorism from certain global hot spots and the president wants to protect us from that, a judge strikes down an order, and all we have to do is wait for the slow walking socialists to bring it to the supreme court and then let the legislative branch pass new laws. While months pass, i doubt the terrorists sit waiting to see how this one comes out.

Then one judge in washington state can override the decision.
