regarding immigration.

How many judges are there in america?

And the socialists need to find one judge who will do their bidding and stop or change a major part of immigration law and executive authority.

Because they don't like the law. Not because it is unconstitutional, socialists hate the constitution except for the times they can twist it to conform to their ideology.
