was set up assuming the judicial branch was non partisan.
It is not.
You effectively have a liberal judiciary sitting in judgement on the policies of their liberal friends and approving them, and disapproving things that come from sane people.
Who checks the checkers?
And i have no problem with sane people calling into question the judgement and impartiality of judges.
GOPe will give lesbian gorillas anointed by obama a pass. Especially if one is a wise latina.
Socialists will demonize a decent judge who wants to follow the constitution because he disagrees with the politically.
