I'd think you's see more SIS recommendations with a 180 day bench....community service makes sense....what's the "CC" "CVCF"?
Prior charge would certainly get more attention, but given what's happening with marijuana nationwide, I'd think it would depend as much on the paraphernalia.....one-hitter, bong, etc, clearly for MJ, then more inclined to deal. If you're talking syringes or stuff for heroin or meth, then a different story.
