Extremely liberal cops and prosecutors. Biggest mistake that ever happened at Mizzou was for Ricky Clemons to actually plead not guilty initially and fight his charges. The ensuing discovery and investigation uncovered the flip flops, then the University President and more particularly his wife got involved and put us in a world of hurt. The locals actually put Clemons in jail for something much lesser than what happens at ku all the time when charges are simply never filed. Not that they should not have. Just a different set of standards in Columbia.
