I said, we're gaining a reputation an finding unknown diamonds. That is, athletes with potential that others have missed or graded lower.
Get out of your mind that this is some kind of bottom feeding. This is about attention to detail and working harder at evaluations, going where others don't bother.
We haven't even discussed the 4stars we didn't offer, because our evaluations were lower.
The strategy is coaching them up. Because we have to. And we've been pretty good at that.
True story, Larry Coker inherited an NC team at Miami, and got another NC his rookie HC year, but then everything went south. Why? Because his coaches started trusting Rivals.com evaluations at making their offers. You got to do you're own work, bust you're own butt.
