Glazier will be leading the investigation. Under normal circumstances, the NCAA waits for a University to gather information, produce a report, send the findings to the NCAA and recommend its own punishment if it's warranted. It is SOP to use an outside entity (a third party) to head up the fact gathering. There is zero evidence at this point that the NCAA is actively involved, and no evidence that the firm would represent Missouri beyond that, even if its necessary.
