Be complicit in a coverup. The investigator and his people aren't employees of Mizzou, so his reputation is on the line if he doesn't report honestly and accurately. These kinds of firms work with many institutions including the NCAA. Anything Mizzou will be claiming, including their institutional innocence, will be vetted and verified. If something else is found, that will be reported as well.
