Why not fire Kim now? Why wait to the end of the season?

Why is that so important? What are the benefits of retaining him until the end of the season? How would firing him now hurt Mizzou anymore than allowing the team to set records for poor performance?

I want to hear both sides of the argument.

I normally don't advocate for ANYONE to be fired from a job, but when someone makes millions of dollars and doesn't do their job...I feel less bad advocating for their termination.
