but individual improvement is very important going forward, and we at starting to see that. Phillips has been at his best since league play began. He seems more relaxed coming off the bench, and gets into the flow of the game quicker, having dialed down a notch from the pre-game hype. I agree that both Puryear and CVL had much improved games and hope they can continue as Phillips has. We need Frankie to step up now, and push everything else out of his mind and let his talent take over. Don't worry about all of the what ifs. Be eager to participate and enjoy the games. It will come to him. Everybody needs to stop rushing free throws. Look at the basket and raise the ball up as you're looking at the basket. Focus on the target. Sound mechanics. We could do so much better.
