not good enough. I'm not saying you can never have a season like that, you just can't have multiple ones in a row. I'm also not suggesting that Thad Matta has performed so poorly that he should be fired. I'm saying that he has not maintained a high enough winning profile to warrant hiring him away.

That is the hard think about being an average performing coach, it's real hard to fire you but it's real hard to hire you as well.

Is he bad enough to fire and is he good enough to hire are two completely different considerations. You're acting like I said he sucks. He does not. He just does not warrant being hired away.
