They did improve overall record notably. Conf record was the same. First conf title in 5 years.
Wade is similar to McCall.
Like I said, it's hard to meet all criteria. You try to hit as many as you can and find a guy who seems to fit. I'm not labeling any of these guys as "the" guy, but just guys who are close enough to consider. And I'm not saying any of them were my idea originally. All of these names have been thrown out there before.

I don't have a 100% slam dunk idea this year like I did in 2011 when nobody would listen about Gregg Marshall.
