You may not be able to meet all of the criteria, but you keep them in mind and get as close as you can.

I would also be in favor of Musselman even though he does not meet a lot of the criteria. He's not young, but he's not old and his pro experience makes up for some of his other misses on the criteria. His one season turnaround at Nevada was enough to take notice and they look even better this year.
