And the fact that they are vastly looking more like the military is just not true. Is it a low percentage of cops..sure, but enough high profile cases where they are completely getting off, and then they go out and blame the victim based on the victim's past history which is totally irrelevant for the situation.

BTW..I am far from putting the blame at the cops, but when you look at videos they are much more escalating situations then they are at de-escalating.
