If the Chargers become the more successful of the two teams and the darlings of LA. If he would have invested in the Rams when they were in St. Louis, the city and its residents probably would have been more willing to build a better facility than the Jones Dome. The only time the Rams were good during their stay in St. Louis was when Georgia Frontieri (sp?) was still a co-owner of the team, if memory serves.
