My recollection is terms were set as part of Rams move to LA

My recollection is when the NFL approved the Rams move to LA part of the deal was the Chargers would have the option in playing in the new stadium if they chose to move to LA and the terms were set at that time. Kroenke was required to agree to them in order to get approval to move the Rams.
