material for a great team.

He'll leave behind a roster where his best player is a back end of the rotation player on an above average team.

There's no question this team is not very talented.

What I will give credit to KA for, though, is building a roster where you more or less know what you have. He inherited a team that was wildly different on the court than it was on paper. He's leaving a team that's exactly what it looks like. That will help the next coach identify the appropriate steps to take in the rebuild.

So I have faith that the right hire can turn things around very quickly.
