I hang out with a guy sometimes who literally won't make any kind of deal unless he's getting the better end of it. Like he's having people over and the discussion turns to getting food and beer. He'll negotiate for literally an hour to make sure everyone else is paying 1 more cent than he is.

Good guy, small doses type friend though.
