Muhammed Alibaba and his wife Sofia are foreign exchange students from Saudi Arabia studying at the University of Southwest North Dakota State Teachers College for the Deaf Dumb and Blind kids.

While celebrating a victory over the hapless KU Football team, Sofia becomes pregnant and delivers a child in their apartment and immediately leaves for Saudia Arabia with their newborn son Khalid. They do not get a birth certificate.

Khalid grows up in Saudi Arabia and never knows he was born in the US.

Question:

Is he a US citizen? How did the US force that on him?

What if he discovers he was born in the US and wants to move to the US. Will the State take his word he was a 'born citizen'? or will he have to prove it?
