1) Recruiting is on the coach. Kim is either embarrassingly bad at talent evaluation of players or embarrassingly unable to get kids who can play at this level. Either way, it's a terminal condition for his coaching career.

2) If you're really defending CVL as on par with KJ...no wonder you defend Kim.

3&4 I somewhat agree with, although I think you overstate the quality of shots we get.

5) As an alternative, consider the psychological benefit of continuing to play CVL - kid looked mentally defeated last game.
