Yup, and lately teams are hitting 3's against us

Basically they are hitting 40% and we're hitting 25%.
On 20 attempts per team, which is just slightly on the low side of an average amount in a D1 game, we're being outscored by 9 there alone on those percentages.
But wait, we can't hit 2 point shots either. So now you're depending on having to outscore teams significantly from the FT line and get more shot attempts via rebound and turnover margin to compensate for the hole you've dug via team vs. team shooting %. We're decent at not turning the ball over and getting to the line, but not enough so to offset the god awful shooting.
I've said it before and will say it again: Play CMA ball and try to generate some easy looks via transition.
