I did not think he was a terrible hire

At the time, but thought he was very mediocre at best. I held some hope he would be a good bench coach and could keep us somewhat competitive, kind of like a Creighton or Butler team. I thought we would likely be undertalented but would play a highly disciplined style of offense and defense. Early in his first season it became evident that was not going to be the case, and it has become considerably worse ever since. We are completely overwhelmed and it appears there is zero bench coaching or preparation. The recruiting has been about as bad as bad as expected. The coaching has been horrid.
