they advocated for Kim every time the job came open.

Personally, I think it's pretty ****ed logic to think that Kim should even have been granted an interview. First, second, tenth, fiftieth, two hundredth...the hiring process never should have delved to a dii candidate. Kim was out of the D1 game for a 15 Years.
