that's why companies operate in lower cost regions. If one company chooses to manufacter in the US they will be at a competitive disadvantage and will either need to market their product as premium or accept lower margins. If all companies are forced to operate in the US, consumers will ultimately pay higher prices and this will consequently reduce our standard of living.
