Read the question I was asked... He put the qualifier "if you could have your way in your state law."

I would have the EXACT SAME PUNISHMENT for premeditated killing of a fetus as my state has for the premeditated killing of a 1 day old, 1 year old or 40 year old human life.

What is so hard for you to understand that life is life?

I don't support the state killing of prisoners nor the state sanctioned killing of unborn children.
