So pay them a bit more and charge them a lot more for the use of the fancy facilities and for tutoring. Or how about this actually make them be real students, take away their safety nets and force them to become real student and hold them to a High GPA standard, test them on regular bases to see if they are learning. Test them weekly for all drugs and make them adhere to a strict code of conduct. If they want paid treat them like the type of employee they are.......expendable and easily replaceable.
