businesses to offshore their labor and manufacturing. Until that mess is untangled, the incoming administration is powerless to stop that.

The incoming administration just demonstrated what they have claimed all along... they know how to negotiate to benefit American interests; unlike the current occupants of the White House that negotiate to help foreign interests.
