Again, I see the appeal of the phrase "consent of the governed" as it connotes voluntaryism.
But that phrase is not applicable here.
Also, your concern about the courts and judges is valid. Do you support reaffirming the constitutional role of the courts and disregarding all of their unconstitutional constitutional interpretations? SCOTUS should be a simple appellate court for the very few lawsuits that should invoke federal jurisdiction, right?
