That is why the decentralization process needs to go all the way down to the individual, ultimately.

In the meantime, it is easier to move between localities than it is to move between mega-nation states.

Also, it is easier to control and effect the change you want to see locally.

Let's be honest, we are nothing to the people in DC, even if you think they are now on your side a little bit more.
