why have LEGAL Immigration if your approach is to treat those who enter ILLEGALLY the same way??

Are you proposing the US not restrict entry and just let everyone in and then on a weekly basis round up those not working and ship them back?

Do you agree or disagree the US should have a border restriction? If yes, why have it if you aren't going to enforce it by deporting those who come illegally?
