in order of the % lean to Hillary. It shows the Electoral Votes (EV) totals in the columns after the date of the most recent poll. Trump's are added from the bottom (those most leaning his way) up, whereas Hillary's are added from the top (those most leaning her way) down.

In any given row it shows the electoral vote Trump would win if he won that state and all those below it and in the column to the right of it would be the EV total for Hillary if she won that state and all of those above it.

270 EV are needed to win the election.

Per those polls Trump would have 275 electoral votes if he won Colorado and all of the states below. If he also lost Maine's 2nd District (+1 Hillary) or Alaska (tied) he would still win as they only have 1 EV and 3 EV respectively.
